Clarify that developers aren't to follow links in Dependencies section

A developer followed these links and found the npm commands to install these libraries when starting the game-project, which then threw errors at the grunt deploy step.
Dependencies
Install with
npm install.
Should we clarify in the README that to use this template you only have to follow the Instructions section or that the Dependencies section is for consultants or something along these lines?
