@gaand @jrhorn424 I added this in and looks pretty spiffy / simple to do. Thoughts?

I don't want to add this to the template; we already ship it with bootstrap.

Developers can install materialize if they wish, and uninstall bootstrap.

I'll leave this open for now as a reference.

@J-Weeks I think if we're considering this, we should include it in js-template first with clear instructions on how to make that work.

If that goes well, I'd be willing to discuss scaffolding instructions for adding materialize to this template.
