Buttons for h2?

The buttons have no actions attached to them. This is a very confusing UI decision. Is there a plan to have them do something?

I planned on making an accordion to show the content, I haven't gotten around of doing it yet. This should not be in the master branch. Also, I will not use the button element, but the details/summary element.
