Sliders are hard to control (not fine grained)

It is hard to control the values on the sliders
For example "Number of initial infections" jumps from 1 straight to 80.
"Case fatality rate" -> up to 100%, and especially in the small numbers it is hard to adjust
Maybe change to textboxs

Note for those using mouse, if you use arrow keys it's better to control, but still not fine grained.
