Wrong number of objectives / indicators in Health Report

The Health Report gives a wrong number of objectives and indicators.

In https://www.hoshinplan.com/hoshins/419-real-estate-portal-2016 you can check it:

-Health report says 33 objectives, there are only 16
-Health report says 45 indicators, there are only 21
-Health report says 50 tasks, this number is right
