NSTX MSE mapping needs correction

NSTX OMAS MSE has the "A2" term in the numerator space when it should be in the denominator space

tan(gamma) = (A1*Bz + A8*Br+0+A5*Bz*Er)/(A4*Bz + A3*Br+ A2*Btor+A7*Bz*Er+A6*Br*Er)
