Correct metaphlan indexes in CVMFS

Many users have reported problems with some of the indexes (not all are a problem, just some). Suspect a path problem or corrupted file. We could try reloading them (?) then run through test data against all. I can help.
Reproducible at UseGalaxy.org and UseGalaxy.be -- both use CVMFS
