RFC: Option to split weight on XX persons for a category

Would like to have the option to split the weight on 2 (or more) people on a category.

I do think that most of the time you have more than one persons sharing the load for some categories (kitchen, tent, etc) so to get a more fair weight a split would be really nice. :)

You can make the quantity 0.5 or 0.33 etc.
