Regression: Dragging an item to the edge of the screen doesn't scroll the screen

Repro'd in prod both for dragging an item into a list and within a list.

Tested on the old site and confirmed this is a regression.

Apparently this is not supported out-of-the-box in dragula.

The recommended fix from the maintainers is 4kb gzipped and 7 new dependencies
