Enhancement: Generate HTML Anchor links for categories

I would like to be able to link directly to a category section of my lighterpack rather than just the top of the page. Would it be possible to auto-generate html anchor tags for each category so this would be possible?

For example my lighterpack is: https://lighterpack.com/r/100gxp
The same embedded lighterpack is: http://carryonrtw.com/packs/paulspack
I have a category: "Clothing"

Ideally these URL's would take me directly to the Clothing sections of my lighterpack and embedded lighterpack pages:
https://lighterpack.com/r/100gxp#Clothing
http://carryonrtw.com/packs/paulspack#Clothing
