BUG: randomly disappearing drag handles

only some of the items in the item list have handles. Those that do not have handles cannot be dragged and dropped into the Lighterpack list. (see video below)

Same behavior on 3 browsers: MacOS 12.6.7 with: Safari 15.5.2, Opera 99.0.4788.88, Firefox 115.0.2

It's not a bug:
It seems that you can only move items that are not yet in the list.
Items that are in the list do not have a handle.
