Import CSV, file selection, repeats

This occurs in the beta Vue site, using Google Chrome Version 63.0.3239.84 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10:
When I select "Add new list"->"Import CSV" and select a file, the file picker closes then reopens and makes me select the file a second time. The second time it always works.
