Untrusted certificate error. Try to use full chain. Get acme registration working again.

Initial problem was the certificate that was copied over was the minica (Mini CA) self-signed cert. After completing registration with LE again, copying over the certs and pointing Nginx at the fullchain.pem file fixed the issue.
