The new COTS dead wheel options (from goBILDA and Axon) should be mentioned, as they are serious options.

i'm kinda skeptical on axon (given they still have not shipped their odom pods) -- that said i think it's worth mentioning that AndyMark sells 35mm rotacasters/omnias now
