Few hours before my brand new Gamesir G4 Pro (just bought 2 days ago) suddenly disconnected while remains ON, I was playing on PC with dongle, I couldn't turn it off whatsoever, I'm waiting for the battery to drain out.
Other than that I have several issues with it:
- L2 not working properly when connecting wireless mode or bluetooth, sometimes it stuck as it still remain activated - not fully pulled back from previous press - very weird deadzone issue as I tested it with x-input test. however when connect via USB cable there's no issue with it, or re-connect it to the device it will function properly again (I tested and it happened on both Switch and PC, I don't play games on android anymore so I havent tested it), so could be software issue - btw my controller was on lastest firmware. I tried reverting back to older FW and still has the issue so I updated it back to lastest one - just before it stopped working as I stated above (I also remember after I updated it back the red light which indicator battery went up from 2 to full again so this could be what caused the crash above).
- 2nd issue with rumble, it going too hard that I couldn't feel proper feed back when performing continuous actions that trigger the rumble and it even lasted after the action ended. The rumble quality actually feel great it's too hard like that can feel worse in a lot games, and it's bad for battery too. So I hope FW update can reduce the rumble or have option to reduce it somehow
