X2 Pro failed to update Firmware

I wrote in the Discord. We are a lot of costumers, that had the same issue while updating the firmware. It frozes at 15.2, dont reply with:
"Dear, reconnect the pad" just deliver a fix firmware, downgrade or something useful!
Same exact issue here. Please do something. I play for 7 days with no problem and now the X2 it's a total brick. Where can we downgrade or restart to fabric?
Same here... Downloaded the app... Tried to install the FW 144.13 and failed at 15.2%. Now the device is stuck on Upgrade mode and totally not working.
Got it today for my Galaxy A72. Brand New. Connected. 2 lights left/right blinking. App shows connected inside. Cannot update firmware v144.13. Not working at all. Freah help Guys??? Love it - Like it 🙄
