Either with GAPDoc package (https://github.com/frankluebeck/GAPDoc) or with AutoDoc package (https://github.com/gap-packages/AutoDoc/) - we need to explore both options and decide which one to use. AutoDoc uses GAPDoc, but it minimises the amount of XML code to write.
Also, README.md is now very minimalistic - a proper README is considered to be a part of documentation as well.
