Add Links for easy access to challenges and submissions

Overview

The current version of our platform lacks a convenient way for reviewers to quickly access the challenge page when reviewing submissions. Additionally, students face difficulties in referencing specific challenges on the lesson page. To address these limitations, we propose adding two key features:

1. Link in Submission Name:
   • Transform the submission name into a clickable link that takes reviewers directly to the challenge page.
   • This improvement will save reviewers time and streamline the review process.
2. Challenge Links on Lesson Page:
   • Add links to each challenge on the lesson page to allow students to easily share the challenges they are referring to in their questions.
   • This enhancement will promote better communication and collaboration among students.
