Backups with a valid `plan:` tag but no `created-by:` tag show as `_unassociated_` incorrectly in the repo view

The repo view will incorrectly show legacy backups as _unassociated_ e.g.

These snapshots are still associated correctly when browsing in the plan view.

Looks like this is propagating from some awkward handling of the 1.0.0 migration in my own backup set. Will need to give some thought to how to provide a graceful upgrade path for re-tagging old operations so that they can be regrouped correctly.

I too have many snapshots under _unassociated_ tag. How did you resolve it ?
