openReport Command

When running $backstop openReport or $backstop test

COMMAND | Executing core for "openReport"
openReport | Attempting to ping
openReport | Remote not found. Opening backstop_data/html_report/index.html

The report doesn't open in my browser, the only way to open it in the terminal is to use the open command $open backstop_data/html_report/index.html

I have tried $ BACKSTOP_REMOTE_HTTP_PORT=3001 backstop remote

Just using backstop.json as my config file

I'm using windows 10 wsl2 Ubuntu 22.04 LTS backstop v6.2.1, puppeteer 20.2.0 and node.js 18.15.0
