Issue: Backstop test pass, even with the timeout error

Any idea why this could be?
Note:
We are aware that we uploaded the wrong error image, but still we can see the timeout error that means it should fail the test, but that isn't happening

Backstop is purely testing the images -- not any other states. So, when you use an error state image as a reference, backstop will consider any matching error state condition as a "pass". This is by design.
