Add BOM or at least list of rod lengths

I found myself in my hackerspace with a bunch of uncut threaded rod, the instruction pdf, and no internet connection. The instructions do mention the lengths of some of the rods in the descriptions of the steps, but not for all of them.
It'd be useful if the instructions had a list of the lengths (or even a full BOM) so it can be used even if you don't have immediate access to the prusa mendel wiki page.

It would also be nice to know how many pieces of say 1 meter threaded rods one needs. Especially on a all to hot day like this, im of to buy those vitamins and my brain isnt working properly after a while.
To quote the reprap wiki:
