Consider adding info next to Customer Queue about how many customers

There should always be customers equal to 2 + (# of department stores) in the Customer Queue.

It might be useful to have that indicated on the game board.

Also, is there a better order of operations for this action? It's common to forget how many customers were just placed on the map.

Having the ref next to the queue serves adequately to remind players how many customers should be in the queue.
