When changing sprite zoom, all sprite windows are affected

Steps to reproduce problem: (1) verify zoom level in "Sprites" tab is 16x (2) go to "background maps" tab (3) set zoom level to 8x (4) go back to "sprites" tab
Expected behavior: sprite zoom to remain the way it was left (16x)
Observed behavior: zoom drop down still displays 16x, but the sprite is drawn at 8x
