Change error messages for failed alignments

Opened this issue · 0 comments

Parsing of individual Spaln alignments rarely fails. When this happens, spaln_boundary_scorer prints an error message.

If only a small number of alignment parses fails, which is usually the case, it is not affecting the overall ProtHint accuracy in any negative way. Therefore, the message should be changed to a warning with some more description.
