Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open https://gauntface.github.io/simple-push-demo/ on latest Safari Technology Preview Release 46 (Safari 11.1, WebKit 13605.1.18.2)

What happens: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: PushManager is thrown at encryption-factory.js:24.

What should happen: no errors should appear.
