issue with inline delete redrawing with pagination, only 1st page worksrest ( including searches ) do not redraw table

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
have a dataTable with inline delete link in each row in the table
i.e
<td>
<a class="table-action-deletelink" href="DeleteData.php?id={$res.id}">Delete</a>
</td>

2.  go to any page > 1 
click on the inline delete link

3. the result of the php file ( ok ) is displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the dataTable should redraw instead it redirects to the delete link
this problem does not appear on the 1st page.
this problem appears with pages > 1 and the search filter 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jquery.dataTables.editable.js Version 2.3.3

FreeBSD 9.2-RELEASE-p2
Ubuntu 10.4.2
