Implement Hero Section as per Figma Design

I would like to work on creating the Hero section as shown in the Figma design for the upcoming version of Rentalog.in. Here's what I plan to do:
- Write code for the Hero section by using the existing tech stack: HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Ensure it is responsive across all devices.
- Make it visually appealing while aligning with the current design aesthetic.

I am willing to take on this issue and contribute to implement this feature. I will also incorporate my own creative touches while maintaining consistency with the Figma design and website structure.
