Feature : Add link higlighting

There are four links in the nav bar {Home , Rentals , About , Contact } . As the user clicks on one of those links ,that link get highlighted
(color changes to green) and it scrolls down to that section . But as the user scrolls between sections , the link associated with that section does not get highlighted .
The link should automatically get highlighted if the user is on that section .
For eg: Suppose "Home" is higlighted , now as the user scrolls down to Rentals section , the "Rentals" in the nav bar should get highlighted . As the user scrolls further down to About section , the "About" in the nav bar should het highlighted
