sfydata: export data from OMB buoys as well

The events and messages from the OMB buoys are available as JSON from the data server, however there is no CLI endpoint for exporting and visualizing the data.
In the future it would be great to use the HTTP_POST on rockblock's site to directly post data to the data hub. Currently a script scrapes the Rockblock servers and pushes the events at regular intervals.
