LifeStage - GBIF export pipeline not exporting raw value

The 'Lifestage' field displayed in GBIF is not matching the provided value. For example, for Qld Museum:
In ALA it is displaying as Adult
https://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/3554aa08-db5e-4087-a8b0-810228a3f12e
However, in GBIF it is displaying as "{concept: Adult, lineage: [Adult]}"
https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/1066387284
This is because we are erroneously exporting the interpreted JSON value.
