Update hasGeospatialIssue with three more issues

Related to #479, last time this was discussed (mostly on Slack) I think we decided to add the three transformation operations as issues, so the usual filter for potentially suspicious coordinates would exclude them from searches/downloads.

I made a commit on GBIF API: gbif/gbif-api@8a95b08

but this code is no longer used, Pipelines has its own:

A comment and probably deprecation annotation on the gbif-api would be good, though it is still used in analytics, and the new entries added to pipelines.
