GBIF DwCA download will not validate in GBIF validator
Just downloaded some occurrences ( https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.tn3sr3). This file will not validate because there is no eml.xml file. If medadata.xml is renamed and meta.xml is edited accordingly, it will validate.
