Great progress has been made addressing the remaining orphaned datasets. The following issues still remain:
Sovon IPT still needs updating to fix bad endpoint URLs.
NLBIF TAPIR hosts 12 datasets and currently offline. These are pending further investigation to determine if they are true orphans.
Isabel Silva and Jeroen Creuwels will continue to follow up on these.
