Then please enable debug logging in the agents settings and check the generated logs. Also checking my .actors directory if the name of the actor is Sterling Knight the filename must be Sterling_Knight.jpg.

It won't help you, but the log indicates the actor image was successfully set. Make sure you have a working webserver, that is able to access the images and that http://localhost/volumeUSB5 ... and try to manually set the image, to check if plex is able to handle the file.
