Actor role receive random number when role name repeats

When a movie (happens in the TVShow bundle too) has multiple actors playing characters that share a name, the character name will be assigned a number. For example, I have documentaries where the actors play "self". However, in Plex, they are "Self", "Self 1", "Self 2", and "Self 3". Sometimes the numbers are completely random. Spider-man No Way Home has "Apprentice" and "Apprentice 24", along with "Arena Bystander", "Arena Bystander 27", and "Arena Bystander 28".
I have checked the NFO files, and none of them contain these numbers with the role.
If you could provide a NFO that shows this behavior that would help others find a solution :)
I've attached an NFO in a zip. This is for a concert and all four band members are listed as "Self". However, Plex displays them as "Self", "Self 1", "Self 2", & "Self 3". Sometimes the numbers aren't consecutive.
