Should we migrate this project to Python 3? I do not think Python 2 support is must have. Could you tell me your opinion about this? Does some distro use xsssniper without Python 3?

I believe mechanize is not fully python3 compatible yet?
Since the scope of the project and the low adoption of python3 I don't see this as a priority.

I think Python 3 support would be nice and adoption should now be more widespread than 3 years ago.

Looks like mechanize is python 3 compatible now. Plus, major Linux distros are now defaulting to Python 3, with Python 2 EOL in a few months.
