Provide method to convert JSKOS mapping back to Wikidata stament

This reverse conversion is required to save mappings back to Wikidata.

Partly implemented in 0.2.1 (no mapping types yet). See https://github.com/gbv/cocoda/wiki/Eintragung-von-Wikidata-Mappings for a German description how to get the mappings into Wikidata, this should better be integrated into wdjskos.
