[Request] better examples

It would be nice if there was a basic example with a full JSON schema with a number of different fields that was converted into a form.

Basically what playground is doing. The examples currently seem to be fragments.

Using this library in order to generate a tcomb type and then a form with tcomb-form is only one particular use case, I'd prefer leave them loosely coupled (the playground is an old experiment).

Admittedly the main example (https://github.com/gcanti/tcomb-json-schema#transformschema-jsonschema-type) should be better and larger though.
