2.2.3 on windows 10

  1. when folder contains japanese, cuetools isn't able to find the file using flac.exe and sometime crashes. cuetool and libflac works fine.

Could you post the 'original' CUE (as text or file)?

I created my own CUE to use with random audio
sound sepher - Cradle - 東方幻樂祀典 - CD1 of 2.cue.txt
resulting CUE after split
sound sepher - Cradle - 東方幻樂祀典 - CD1 of 2.cue.txt

Both CUE + file(s) work fine with flac.exe (official v1.4.2) selected. (you need to download flac.exe and update path or copy file and any dependencies to CUETools directory)
flac

I have 'Force ANSI Filenames' unticked
ansi
I'm using CUETools_2.2.3_2023-03-17_git_ded746a from #269 with AlwaysWriteUTF8CUEFile=1 set in the settings.txt file
CUE files are encoded UTF-8-BOM

Switched to the official CUETools 2.2.3
Still not seeing issues with 'Force ANSI Filenames' unticked
