two wishes for cueripper cover art:
a) permit to stop downloading pictures, as this can take minutes if there are many
b) permit to keep all downloaded pictures (copy them to the destination folder), even after ripping - it is frustrating to find that the wrong picture was included, and the only way to correct that (that I found) is to re-rip the disk.
