Able to create a node with no description

This one is a bit weird that I stumbled upon while testing. But this is related to being able to save without having a description, even though it seems like it does nothing it allows you to do this.
Just have to make sure none of the text box is selected when deleting

I just realized you don't even need to do this to have no description. you can just delete description and save
