Need to add more details to this page, including:
- description of the group and future plans
- links to past and future meetings
- information about zulip channel for discussions
When ready, advertise it to the community.

In my eagerness to get this published, I committed the changes directly to the main branch: 5d44f7f
The changes are now live on the website, but can easily be updated based on any feedback
