Name setting dialog

This dialog will ask for the
a) name and
b) contact
to be rendered into a dithered bitmap and finally shown to the user as a preview.
(Later on this will be sent as an image to be sent as a page to the badge.)

A+ UI is present:
Updated dithering algo, updated editors (one for the page, one for the resulting image)
