Add year of image to the WRS-1 thumbnail printed to console (step 3)

This will help people review for the best images in a given year, and will help if they find certain years in their collection aren't looking good (step 7)

Wrote a version of an existing msslib function to add the image year, still playing with other options so I haven't merged it here yet but will soon.
