Scan git commits and use them as report hints

The idea is that you set up (maybe through a config file?) directories that the app will search for git repos.
Then whenever you respond to a done question (what have you done yesterday?) we could provide a list of recent git commits in order to add them to your report.
There are many UX related decisions until we ship this feature, but for the moment we can have a prototype of the capability
