Can't get 2nd Annke C800 camera working

The camera works in VLC, I can ping the camera from within the Frigate docker container... there is some speculation the microSD card I have inserted could cause an issue, but I don't see why. Weird!
I will maybe try removing that card in the morning.
New theory—I may have had the wrong config in the start, and Frigate kept trying to authorize with the wrong password (I also made sure security was set to Digest / MD5 for authentication, as some people in the forums noticed issues with 'Basic' (see: blakeblackshear/frigate#9006).
Because of that initial wrong password, the camera may have triggered it's 'Illegal Login Lock' and been temporarily blocking access to Frigate by IP address.
Edit: That was it! I rebooted the camera (hoping that would reset the illegal login attempts), and now the camera's showing up just fine.
