Hi. This isn't really an issue per se, but any advice on setting up integrity tools on a windows box? My environment path is pointing to executables of mp3val and flac.

Thanks for reporting this. This was in fact an issue. On windows the --list-tool command did not list the available tools, event if they were in PATH. Now you should be able to see them. Can you confirm that?
