Value edit form has scrollbar for whole form, instead of TextArea only

When "Text" value don't have line breaks, window clipping area don't keep text area from resizing.

Thank to this scroll bar is applied to whole form. So for example to see label with size in bytes you need to scroll whole thing. Same goes about ComboBox with selection of content type.
