The current gmfs can be improved:
[ ] Japan/Kobe 1995: Add the gmf "Stations: Seismic, gmlt: USGS, Rupture: USGS";
[ ] Botswana/Moijabana 2017: Fix the GEM logic tree;
[ ] Tanzania/Bukoba 2016: Fix the GEM logic tree.
